Title: apcd - the daemon for "smart" communication with APC SmartUPS

Description: Daemon apcd will allow the smart communication with APC
             SmartUPS. After the power failure, the daemon is sending
	     messages to the users every minute. If the power is not
	     restored during the user defined timeout, apcd will
	     shut down the system and switch-off the UPS.
	     The daemon is also collecting the data from UPS, like line
	     voltage, battery voltage, temperature etc.
	     There soon will be some kind of the client for displaying
	     of the collected data on the terminal.
