Description:    Berkeley POP mail daemon with modifications to support
		the XTND XMIT and XTND XLIST commands. This package will
		work with programs such as Eudora and allow them access
		to mail transmission via POP.

		The package was originally called 'popper' when it is
		included with the BSD archives. This version was obtained
		from qualcomm and has several bug fixes and enhacements
		over the original BSD code.
